POSITION: CRC with Advance Psychology

Description

Clinical Research Company seeking experienced Clinical Research Coordinator with experience in psychometric rating - preferred BA in Psychology and Min. 2 year experience with cognitive testing, MMSE, ADAS-COG, etc & Hamilton Depression & Anxiety rating scales.

Requirements

  • Maintains an in-depth understanding of protocols
  • Schedules required psychometric tests
  • Performs testing within protocol specifications
  • Administer and score various psychometric tests (CIBIC, ADAS cog, MMSE, DAD, Behave AD, ADCS-ADL, EXIT, GAS, 1ADD, PDS, PSMS, HAM-D, HAM-A, Hackinski, Hamilton Depression Scale, as well as any other psychometric tests) according to protocol
  • Report to Site Manager
  • Assume primary responsibility for conducting assigned protocols under the direction and supervision of Site Manager
  • Interview and screen patients according to protocol

Implement sponsor protocols according to GCP/ICH guidelines as well as Pivotal SOPs as follows:

  • Obtain and handle all medical specimens according to protocols
  • Update all study logs and source documentation
  • Monitor for adverse events and complete documentation correctly
  • Perform informed consents
  • Document in source documents
  • Document in case report forms
  • Dispense study medication according to protocol requirements
  • Maintain study supplies and medication inventories according to protocol
  • Call potential patients and screen databases on an ongoing basis
  • Maintain clinical skills of venipuncture, ECGs and vital signs
  • Communicate appropriately with team members
  • Assist with the orientation of new personnel, as needed
  • Treat all patients, families, and colleagues with respect and dignity
  • Consistently strive to meet or exceed study recruitment goals and deadlines
  • Take an active roll in continuing in-services for training throughout each year
  • Work as a team player at all times
  • Demonstrate mature judgment and professional conduct at all times
  • Exhibit absolute frankness and honesty at all times
  • Travel as required to investigator meetings, physician’s offices, or as otherwise required for protocol administration
  • Willingly work flexible hours to accommodate patients in a reasonable manner
  • Perform any other duties as needed
