Established in 1993 by Louis C. Kirby, MD, Pivotal Research Centers has grown into three locations; two sites in the Phoenix Metropolitan area (Sun City/Peoria and Mesa), and a site in the metropolitan area of Salt Lake City.

Each of Pivotal Research Centers' facilities provides a quiet and comfortable place for patients to visit.
